Queryra + B2BKing

Works out of the box

B2BKing by Kings Plugins is the leading B2B for WooCommerce solution. Queryra 1.4.1 ships a native integration that adds semantic AI search inside B2BKing's bulk order form — automatic when both plugins are active, respects every B2B visibility rule.

A first for Queryra

The B2BKing bulk order form is the first surface where Queryra runs as a true live search — semantic results stream as the buyer types. Queryra's other WordPress integrations replace search at the page-render level; the bulk order form's architecture is what makes the live, as-you-type experience possible.

What works

  • Semantic AI search inside B2BKing's bulk order form — replaces the form's built-in keyword search with intent-aware matching
  • New sort option "AI Pick" appears in the form's sort dropdown and surfaces results by semantic relevance
  • AI search placeholder: "AI search — try anything…"
  • Loader during search: "AI is thinking — not just searching…" with ChatGPT-style 3-dot typing animation
  • Sparkle icon — Google Material auto_awesome, the same icon library B2BKing already uses (no new dependencies)
  • B2BKing's access rules are fully respected: B2B group restrictions, per-product permissions, and category-level access controls all carry through
  • Fail-closed by default: if a product's visibility set cannot be verified, it stays hidden — privacy never relies on a successful API call
  • Performance scales: O(1) intersect lookups handle catalogues with 100,000+ products
  • One master toggle: the standard "Enable Queryra AI Search" option is the single kill-switch for both plugins' AI layer
  • White-label respect: the labels inside the bulk order form are generic ("AI search", "AI Pick") — Queryra branding stays in your dashboard, not in the customer-facing B2B form

Setup

  1. 1

    Install B2BKing

Install and activate B2BKing from Kings Plugins. Configure your B2B groups, per-product visibility, and category access the way you normally would — Queryra will inherit every one of those rules.

  2. 2

Install Queryra & add your API key

Install the Queryra AI Search plugin (v1.4.1+) from WordPress.org, paste your API key from the Queryra dashboard, and run an initial sync. Standard Queryra setup — nothing B2BKing-specific to configure.

  3. 3

    Done — integration activates automatically

With both plugins active and the master Enable Queryra AI Search toggle on, the bulk order form picks up Queryra automatically. There is no extra settings panel, no per-plugin pairing step, no shortcode change. Visit the bulk order form on the front-end to verify the AI placeholder, the "AI Pick" sort option, and the typing-dots loader.

Compatibility & known limitations

Compatibility

Verified against B2BKing 4.x and Queryra plugin v1.4.1+. Detailed version matrix and additional tested combinations will be published as broader QA completes — this page will be updated.

Known limitations — honest disclosure

  • ·Pagination counts may show small discrepancies versus Queryra's ranked output during an active search. The total result count and per-page slicing are computed slightly differently between B2BKing's pagination and Queryra's relevance ordering.
  • ·Sort options other than "AI Pick" yield to AI relevance ranking while a search query is active. The traditional sort options (price, name, date) take over again as soon as the visitor clears the search box.

Troubleshooting

If AI search isn't appearing in the bulk order form after install, the most common causes are: incomplete initial Queryra sync, the master "Enable Queryra AI Search" toggle turned off, or a conflict with another search plugin (FiboSearch, Relevanssi, SearchWP) intercepting the same WordPress hooks.
