### Translation Plugin Compatibility (Multilingual WordPress Stores)

For stores running 2+ languages on the same WordPress install via a translation plugin:

- **TranslatePress** — works out of the box. TranslatePress keeps a single canonical post
  per item (translations live in custom database tables), so a 100-product store stays at
  100 Queryra records regardless of how many languages you add. Cross-language matching
  happens at query time via Queryra's multilingual parser — a Polish shopper typing
  "kurtka wodoodporna" matches the same canonical product as an English shopper typing

- **WPML** — in progress (2-3 weeks). WPML creates a separate WordPress post per
  translation, so each translation is currently indexed as a separate Queryra record;
  without language-aware filtering, results may mix languages at search time. Native
  filtering shipping soon. Workaround today: use REST API with custom language metadata.

  Weglot stores translations on its cloud (not in wp_posts) and translates UI/content/

  using a dedicated search plugin). Record count doesn't grow with languages. Free tier:

For WordPress page builders:

Queryra hooks into pre_get_posts and posts_search at the WordPress core search level
— independent of which page builder renders front-end templates. Plugin conflicts
are not a concern across any builder. For builders that store user-authored content
in postmeta (the common pattern), Queryra reads the relevant postmeta keys during
sync and walks the structure to extract visible text — headings, paragraphs, buttons,
captions, alt text. Custom or non-standard storage can be wired in via the
`queryra_indexable_meta_content` developer filter.

- **Elementor** — works out of the box. The plugin reads _elementor_data postmeta
  during sync and recursively extracts text values.
